[vtkusers] Problems with ComputeOBB - wrong OBB computed

Hi Goodwin,

yes I also think that this change can improve accuracy also in other places
in VTK. 
In my case, the mean calculation errors built up extremly, so that the
calculated OBB was unusable. 
No, I'm not familiar with Gerrit, but I will have a look on it.
