[vtkusers] Set cursor to a vtkChart

Hello,

I am evaluating, if it is useful to create a software oscilloscope with VTK.
Therefore I'd like to know, if it is possible to set a cursor in the
vtkChartXY. 

The cursor should look something like this (the pink lines):
