[vtkusers] CentOS 6, VTK 6, Qt 5 -- issues with volume rendering and libvtkGUISupportQt

Thank you very much. The same problem appeared with VTK from git. But it
seems to be fixed when launching the application using optirun or primusrun.
These are used to run the application on the NVidia graphic card with
Optimus Technology support instead than on the integrated intel card. They
are part of the bumblebee project.
