[vtkusers] exiting vtk problem

hello guys

every time i try to exit vtk (6.2 wrapped with tcl) a message comes out
saying "vtk has stopped working"
this doesn't happen if i don't load the package

i am currently running vtk on windows 7 64 and used cmake 2.8, VS 12 & TCL
8.4 to compile vtk

any idea what is causing the problem?
