[vtkusers] oriented vtkCubeAxesActor issue

Hi Seb,,
yes I've tried Set?AxisRange, and it appears to have no effect when using
the OrientedBounds (works fine when using normal bounds). I've also tried
using the 'Rotate?' methods, or SetUserTransform, and none seem to have any
effect.
I feel I may be missing something 'obvious' - perhaps calling 'Update' on
something - but if I am I can't find it.
