[vtkusers] VTK/ITK/Qt application to MAC OS

So if you'll plan to compile everything through CMAKE you'll need no changes. Otherwise, you'll create a QT project, everything needs to be set (in this case, I suggest to compile dynamic libraries instead of static ones).
