[vtkusers] Rendering huge amount of polyData with 1 actor and vtkMultiBlockDataSet/vtkCompositePolyDataMapper2

If only the color and position are different, you can create all the pipeline
only once and then create many actors when each gets the same mapper and
each actor has different location and color.
