Hi Michael,
You can find some datasets at the following link:
http://www.dclunie.com/images/charset/
Their specific character sets are ISO_IR 126, ISO_IR 127, ISO_IR 100,
ISO_IR 138, ISO_IR 149, ISO_IR 144, ISO_IR 192, GB18030, ISO 2022 IR 87,
ISO 2022 IR 149, ISO 2022 IR 13. Their modality is however OT instead of
the CT or MR you require.
