[vtkusers] Make vtkDistanceWidget follow a 3dProp

Hi all,

I am using vtkDistanceWidget to use as a ruler for medical images. I would
like the ruler to follow any interaction I do to the image 3DProp. I read
that on vtk3DWidget class (previous generation of widgets) you could set an
image as input. How can I tweak vtkDistanceWidget to track the prop? Should
the prop emit a event every time it moves?
