[vtkusers] 3D model and 2d Image overlay - depth issues, flickering

the flickering issue is back when I use two textures for axial and coronal
slices. No amount of tweaking the parameters of PolgonOffsetParameters is
changing the flickering in coronal slices.(it is fine with {0.1,-1.0} for
the axial view, but that or any other value is not removing the flickering).
I have attached a screenshot of the event.
