[vtkusers] VTK on Xeon Phi

Hi Santiago,

I am very glad that you are working on this. Please let us know how things
work out. Also, check out my recent post about support for shared memory
parallelism.

Unfortunately, I don't think that anyone at Kitware has tried building the
whole thing on Xeon Phi so we probably won't be able to help.
