[vtkusers] Newbie question about resolution

Hello everyone!
I had to match two volumes, MRI (left)*(raw file 256x256x60 data
spacing:0.15625 x 0.15625 x 1.5)* and PET(right) *(dicom series 137 series
60x60 mm data spacing:0.5 x 0.5 x 0.596756)* using landmarks which I
extracted their positions using BoxWidget. I did this transformation
whiteout taking the resolution into consideration. My question is how can I
put them in the same resolution whiteout changing their boundaries dimension
before performing any transformation??

I'll appreciate your Help!
