[vtkusers] vtkImageSlabReslice

Hello,

I would like to get access to the vtkImageSlabReslice object.

I am using C#, but the current Activiz.NET release doesn't seem
to support this class.  Any suggestions?  Do I have to build my own wrapper,
and if so, which version of VTK supports vtkImageSlabReslice?
