[vtkusers] Render 8 RendererWindow under 8-Core CPU environment.

Hi,
I am trying to render 8 RendererWindow under 8-Core CPU environment
continuously.
The FPS is low. The CPU usage is only 12%.
Does that mean only one Core is used? Anyway to assign 8 RendererWindow to 8
different CPU core to make them work much faster?
