[vtkusers] VTK/Examples/Cxx/IO/ReadDICOM

I have notices that too but using gdcmviewer from gdcm project, it use
vtkImageViewer2 for displaying images. I am not affected by the
problem because I did my own dicom viewing pipeline using
vtkImageResliceMapper/vtkImageSlice
