[vtkusers] Annotate global data in paraview

Hello :
I have a simple example of unstructured vtk dataset with a field value  
(see below)
Using the "annotate global data" filter  causes Paraview to crash
I cannot understand what is wrong with my data and would really 
appreciate some help !
