[vtkusers] wrapping Java with vtk

Hi all , there is desperate need of your help 

I check the dependence of the vtkCommonJava.dll and i found out that dome dll is not found , so I download all of them and I put them in C:\Windows\System32 and C:\Windows\SysWOW64 but I still have this error 


Exception in thread "main" java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: C:\Users\memo\Documents\workspace\new2\src\bin\RelWithDebInfo\vtkCommonJava.dll: Can't find dependent libraries

note that i am running and used 
vtk 5.10.1 
cmake 2.8.10 32bit 
windows 7 64bit 
 jdk-7u17-windows-i586.exe 
visualstadio 10 64bit 
eclips 32bit
