[vtkusers] How to keep the length of the line drawn by vtkLineWidget fixed ?

I need to keep the length of the line drawn by vtkLineWidget fixed ( it will
shorten and not lengthen ) . While it should be kept fixed it still can be
panned and move in X and Y  in display coordinates. Can this be done ?
