[vtkusers] ActiViz self-build binary

Hi, VTKers,

The ActiViz 5.8.0 binary from the VTK website seems having a bug in its
vtkChartXY and vtkAxis class: there is no build-in "Get/SetTitle" methods
so I don't know how to change default axis title "X-AXIS" and "Y-AXIS" to
something meaningful.

I checked VTK5.8.0 source file, in vtkAxis.h I can see the definition of
Get/SetTitle,
so it seems the missing of Get/SetTitle methods is due to ActiViz build up.

Does anyone has similar experience, or any thought on this? I
