[vtkusers] Setup camera after changing pixel spacing

Hey Guys, 

After changeing pixel spacing of a DICOM image its size changed but i want
to display it like it had been before.
 
i tried to change camera distance and position but it does not helped me at
all. (Most probably i failed) 

can anyone help?
