[vtkusers] Dispose to vtk objects

Hi David and thank you for your reply,
I was looking at the two examples in the activiz users guide

In the console application there is a disposal of all objects
And in the winforms almost the same code and there isn't
So I thought what is the difference 
Hence the question...
Why in the first we dispose and in the second don't?
