[vtkusers] Fixing the length of a vtkiLineWidget - Help needed

In my project I use vtkLineWidget to draw lines on a CT volume.  I want to
change the line widget such the length of the line is fixed but still the
line can be panned/rotate  in the CT volume.  Anyone knows how to do this
