[vtkusers] Can an actor be used to interact at the same time with a rendered CT volume and line widget

I am able to render the CT volume. Than I add line widgets that I can set
their length and position i.e. can fully interact with the line widget. The
problem is that when I rotate/pan/zoom the CT volume ( I use the
vtkInteractorStyleTrackballActor ), the line widgets are not effected, they
stay still i.e. not rotating, panning or zommed as the CT volume does
