[vtkusers] Installing ParaView VR in 4.0

Hi,

I tested the latest ParaView RC2 and failed to reproduce the issue.
Basically I set the PARAVIEW_BUILD_PLUGIN_VRPlugin, and then I
selected the PARAVIEW_USE_VRPN
and provided include and library directories. Now as mentioned earlier
that PARAVIEW_BUILD_PLUGIN_VRPlugin
is an advanced option so you probably would to have keep the advance option
checked all the time. After I provided proper library and includes it built
fine.

What OS you are using? One difference is that I am using 2.8.11-rc2 (but I
will switch to 2.8.11 today / tomorrow).
