[vtkusers] Which event for AddObserver

Hi

In my application I display a CT volume that I can rotate/Pan/Zoom etc'
using the mouse. If the cursor is not on the CT obejct it will not rotate
it. I want to catch an event that is generated only when the CT object is
controlled by the mouse ( i.e. object is rotating,panning zoomed ). Which
event I should use ?
