[vtkusers] memory leaks

Hi,

I'm still having lots of trouble with memory leaks.  I tried recompiling 
vtk with "-DVTK_DEBUG_LEAKS " added to the command line (for the 
vtkCommon project).  I then used the dlls generated from the VTK build 
in the sample projects and now I'm getting the same memory leaks in the 
win32SampleMFC project (just like in my own project)....

Does anyone see anything wrong with what I'm doing?  The samples were 
built with CMake as well...
