[vtkusers] vtk and windows8 applications

Thanks Joseph,
I assume this is an application for the windows8 Desktop, called 
"windows 8 for desktop". I can get that working too.

However, the new type of win 8 applications, using metro, are just 
called win8 applications. Kind of confusing.

So my question is. Anyone got a vtk window into a win8 metro 
application, i.e. windows  8 application?
