[vtkusers] making 3D mesh

Hi ever one
I want to make a 3D model of Abdomen during insufflation( i mean growing Abdomen with changing pressure inside in) i have 60 images from it , I want to make a 3D mesh , I need this soon , my image is someting like half of moon or half of ball(imagine Abdomen from side view)could you please give me suggestion and possibly code??
