[vtkusers] Missing tag for release 5.9.0 in github?

I wanted to compile VTK for Osirix 5.6, and they seem to use 5.9.0,
but if I look in github there seems to be no such tag.

There is 5.8.0 and 5.10.0 and some v5.10.0 release candidates, but
no 5.9.0.
