[vtkusers] Get label map data by using vtk?

Hi all,
 I am using ITK3.20 to segment a series of DICOM and using  vtk5.10.1 to
reconstruct the objects.I wander how can I get label map data aftering
segmentation? Does it from vtk or ITK?If it is from ITK,then how can I pass
it to vtk? I will  appreciate  any answers very much.
