[vtkusers] VTK wrapped python build error, please help me!

Hi all:
       recently i am busy with building VTK source projects and it wrapped
python, to my disappoint, many build tries aways lead to a bad result.
       there's a main error stop me and error describe as following:

       I tries a lot of ways to fix this problems but result is not good!
