[vtkusers] segfault vtkXOpenGLRenderWindow bad X server

Hi all;

Im a new VTK user and running ctests with the fault (segfault
vtkXOpenGLRenderWindow bad X server).  Can anyone help

I have built VTK from the git repository with Ubuntu 10.04.4 and Cmake 2.8.1

Cmake states that X11 libX11.so is found

I am however building with shared libraries off as I was having difficulty
running wiki examples with shared libraries

I also recieve error cannot find Motif header Xm/PushB.h vut the include
/usr/include/Xm directory is present.

I also recieve the error OPENGL_xmesa_Include Dir not found - but from
previous posts thought this was not the problem

Can anyone help??
