[vtkusers] vtkDistanceWidget and performace drop

hi folks, I have researched a little and the performance drop with
vtkDistanceWidget is only happening when using vtkImageSlice, it also
happen with vtkBiDimensionalWidget and vtkAngleWidget, all using its 2D
representation, any ideas?
