[vtkusers] Creating vtkImageData for Volume rendering?

Hello Users,

I have created vtkImageData using DICOM files from scratch for MPR (i.e.
without using vtkDicomImageReader) . But, when I use the same data for
volume rendering. I don't get any output image. Any idea, what I might be
doing wrong?

Please let me know, if you need some part of the code.
