[vtkusers] Missing triangles vtkdelaunay2d

[NsPx]

Hi all,

I get some missing triangles when using vtkDelaunay2d on a set of 
points, as a result, the resulting triangulation is not convex.
I'm sure my points are unique plus I don't provide any constraint.

Any ideas ?

If needed, I can provide a small example.
