[vtkusers] Mac/VTK/Qt problems

I'm not seeing the QVTK widget or plugin in Qt Designer.  I was able to compile the GUI4 example that comes with VTK so I know I have Qt and VTK installed correctly.  Is there anything I need to do to get the QVTK widget in Qt Designer?
