[vtkusers] GPU volume rendering on new Macs

Indeed, the VTK GPU raycast volume mapper is working with the new Mac
laptops.
Here is a configuration I've been trying:
 Vendor: NVIDIA Corporation
 Version: 2.1 NVIDIA-8.0.61
 Shading Language Version: 1.20

If people want to try, they can do so with Slicer >= 4.2 (
download.slicer.org), the mapper has been re-enabled for the new macs.
