[vtkusers] Mac/VTK/Qt problems

I think my QT installation is missing many of the plugins that VTK wants. 
It's possible that the version of Qt that I'm using either doesn't use the
plugins or puts them in a completely different location than previous
versions.

Is anyone successfully using the most recent version of VTK with Qt 4.8.x? 
Please let me know, maybe I can cheat off of your VTK options to see where
I'm going wrong.  Thanks!
