[vtkusers] Fwd: configuration of VTK with Qt

At this point I am trying to downloaded Qt,
I do not really understand this :

   run configure.exe from a visual studio 2010 x64 command prompt. There 
    should be one in the Start Menu.

should I use Perl instead of Cmake to generate Qt or what ?
