[vtkusers] Surface Reconstruction fault

Dear All,,

I am trying to reconstruct a surface from spreadsheet points data file with
scalar values using the SurfaceReconstructionFilter and ContourFilter, the
problem is that all vtk file readers provide an output with single cell and
many points, so the filter can reconstruct the surface but it cant read the
scalar values, so can you help me in this issue,, attached the csv file
that I am working on.
