[vtkusers] VTK installation issue

Instead of the 5.10 tag, grab the release-5.10 branch. (If/when there is a
5.10.2 tag that would work too.)

Instead of github, grab directly from git://vtk.org/VTK.git. (We must have
missed pushing this new branch there. I'll fix that in a bit.)

Then - unless we missed something - it should work on Mavericks.

Please let us know if it does or doesn't work for you as I don't have a
mavericks dashboard up yet.
