[vtkusers] gdcm compiling error

Hi Freddy,

The GDCM VTK classes do not work with VTK 6 yet.  If you just need a DICOM
reader and writer for VTK, you can try the vtk-dicom library that I have
put on github:
http://github.com/dgobbi/vtk-dicom
