[vtkusers] QT+VTK+ITK 64bit version

I have successfully built 64bit QT and linked it with VTK and ITK in the
debug model. However, If I tried to build a release version on the same
program, it will crash before the interface shows up. It stops like this
Unhandled exception at 0x67716e5f in StatisticalShapeModel.exe:
0xC0000005: Access violation reading location 0x0000000000000000.
This error happens at Qtgui4.dll file. Do you know how to fix this issue?
