[vtkusers] about VTK/Examples/Cxx/PolyData/WarpScalar

Dear all,
Has anyone ever refered to VTK/Examples/Cxx/PolyData/WarpScalar
http://paraview.org/Wiki/VTK/Examples/Cxx/PolyData/WarpScalar

I can't relate to the example at all because I find there's nothing quite
different in the left and right views. What's the effect of the filter?
