[vtkusers] QT+VTK+ITK 64bit version

I'm sorry for bothering you again, I've successfully installed vtk+itk+Qt
win64 & I've checked all the dependencies on VS2010. I can compile and
launch my program but the problem is I cant run QtDesigner, even from the Qt
installation. Did i do something wrong??
