[vtkusers] Nightly doxygen missing classes

Hi all,

Looking at the class index of the nightly doxygen,

http://www.vtk.org/doc/nightly/html/classes.html

Some basic classes are missing, e.g. vtkPolyData, vtkPointData,
vtkContourFilter, etc.

Did someone touch the doxygen configuration?
