[vtkusers] Change properties of axis titles for a vtkCubeAxesRepresentation

Hi Sebastien,

I have no clue what might be the issue here.
Another thought could be to try to change the bounds to force the
regeneration of the cube axis.
This certainly might be a bug but as a workaround I don't see anything else
that you could do for now.
