[vtkusers] Topology problem in converting polydata to image

modelPolyData's bounds is (32.50:351.75, 22.00:1647.18, 28.50:437.00).
cutContourPolyData's bounds is (69.50:160.17, 354.90:1004.00, 59.00:59.00).
The cutContourPolyData's bounds is inside the modelPolyData.
