[vtkusers] QT+VTK

[Alex Malyushytskyy]

I would highly suggest to separate learning QT and VTK.

Learn to do simple thing in QT first.
Once you get concept of signal slots add QVTKWidget.
Separate vtk and qt related code as much as possible.
