[vtkusers] compiling VTK as Class Library in VS2010

Hello,

As you know in .NET its allowed to call native c++ functions in c# by
compiling c++ project as class library.

And as you can expect the question is, can we compile VTK as class library
so that we can call them from C#.

Aim is to use VTK classes from C#. Is is possible?
